I'm Tess
I'm a brand builder with a slight caffeine addiction and a passion for innovating products founded in consumer insights that propel business performance.
Currently, I am an Analytics and Insight Manager for North America Hair Care at Procter and Gamble. In this role, I lead P&G’s Old Spice, Aussie, NoU, and portfolio level consumer and market research for North American. Additionally, I am the Senior Brand Manager for Aussie's 2024 innovation leading go-to-market pack design, media, distribution, and financial strategies.
Prior to this role, I studied UX Design and Research graduating from the University of Michigan School of Information (UMSI). I take an empathetic approach to all my work to build products & services that foster trust and inclusivity through intentional, playful designs.
